Dinner at @thesaltsteakhouse did not disappoint. We started with the crispy beef dumplings, so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The smoked BBQ short rib flatbread was a great shareable bite, but the star of the night was definitely the boneless short ribs… they literally melted in our mouths. Ended on a high note with the warm chocolate soufflé. Food was amazing, service was a little off that night, but still a solid spot in Long Branch. Bonus!
